New hero.

New hero. Jeans tee shirt. Ability to fly. Finds out about his powers, but upset. Two individuals confront him. They can fly also but are smug. New Hero declines offer and takes off. The two follow up in the air. Night time, full moon reflecting off clouds. Blueish night. Hero has not been flying long and is no match for the two individuals. The individuals are draped in robe type garments that have a look and feel like a modern trench coat. They have the upper hand, until the hero pulls out a hacky-sack. Some how the hero charges the hacky sack with a blueish energy. He upside down spin kicks the hacky sack into one of the individuals. This gives enough distraction to the other to allow the new hero to escape.

The hero will eventually meet his mentor. A tai chi master who has a garden in his backyard that has a stone circle in the middle. The tai chi master uses a tai chi ball and shows the hero that he too can focus energy into the ball. The new hero is still learning his power and can only channel his power into hacky sacks. (Secret note: all of the stories in the storm of the world take place in different times. although the reader doesn't know it until much later. This character may or may not be the same "light blue" character. Throughout the stories weave subtle hints about the different times, and let the reader find out about it. Eventually a crossover story will happen with time travel and heroes will finally come together between the times.)
