Dark Sun Warriors. Desert people. Like the storm traveler they can travel the world in Dust Storms. They basically are trying to darken out the sun and turn the world into a void lightless world.
There is a deeper secret to the Dark Sun Warriors, that Tatsu is trying to find out. Something is driving these warrirors to a darker end.
